just to check: i am using the windows version and is it supposed to be just 2 files a pak and the game? More importantly, when i open the game it opens and music plays but the sceen is just 2 white squares in a grey backround. Only issues i can think of i either the download is wrong or i need to do something with the game for it to work
The only requirements are that you have the .pak and the game in the same folder. I've never heard of this issue before, it sounds like the textures aren't loading properly (RAM/graphics processes) or something caused the game to crash during start-up. The only lead I have is that a couple of users have had issues updating from previous versions through the Itch.io updater.
You can try downloading it again or putting it in a different folder but if that doesn't work, I hope it'll start working again in the future or I'll find out what the issue is.

You need to also use Pitons to climb up alongside the Buckler. In a few days I'll be uploading a new patch that makes this part of the tutorial easier (this part of the tutorial made more sense back when blocking was a more complicated mechanic).
I figured this out eventually. I think maybe putting in one sentence saying "place the pitons above you and move by using the shield to avoid knockback" would help or something like that. I honestly didn't even realise what to do until I realised my character was jumping up.
That's very strange, I'd like to think it's a quirk of the itch updater.
Is this on Android? I've had some problems with Android saves in the past but I can't see how it'd happen to a windows save. If you have to access the save files for any reason on windows, they're in %appdata% -> roaming -> moncurse.
I'm going to keep trying to see if there's a way this could've happened but do check you're on the right save (1/2/3), just in case!

I only had 1 save file as I didn't know there were multiple slots. checking the folder in the moncurse appdata; it appears everything was fresh. no save until I just started a new game. No idea what could have caused it to delete. I definetely had a save as I had gotten as far as the "Voice" mission after the shrine quest.
The games been surprisingly fun, the core of the game is solid. The only thing I can't figure out is how to trigger the fox girls reactionary attack anyone know how to trigger it?
It turns out there was a bug and oversight that made it very difficult to get the fox-girl's attack. It was technically possible so when I tested it I falsely assumed it was working.
In the latest version (V0.5.7.1), it should work properly!
The trigger to continue the quest is talking to the fox-girl, if you don't see the quest update after the shrine then it's a bug because after that it tells you do defeat Ram-girls (or the secret alternative)
She's not an enemy (sort of) (yet), you've gotta talk to her with either right-click or, on Android, touch-and-hold/camera mode+touch. I do want to revise how the Shrine works later, it's a bit awkward.
You need to use the pitons to be able to get up the first part, the second part is either windstep or pitons. I find people most often get stuck on the dagger (first introduction of skills) or the buckler (requires you to use two skills at once fast enough) so I'll be thinking about improving those sections somewhere down the line.
Thanks for the notice, being a new dev means virus false positives are pretty common. I'll have to see if it's an exporting error or if it's just that I'm not yet well-known enough to be trusted yet.
I do want to see some (edit)more futa content, specifically the player getting a dick/revealing that they have a dick and finding out they have obtained a vagina
Great little demo, excited to see where this goes in the future. I found the control scheme a bit confusing but I think with more play time I'll get the hang of it. The catgirls really fight like how you might imagine a catgirl might fight, very hit and run.
I see you're getting a lot of comments asking for various things. I know people are just eager for more but try not to let it overwhelm you. I've seen more than a few projects die just because the creator decided they were fed up with the tons of request commenters.
I've got a couple of test versions that play on android but there are some obstacles to having a fully maintained and functional android version. I might try working on it again after I fix endless.
Out of the current girls, wolf-girl might be the last to get her update. Ram will get hers quite soon but I might have to wait until after I restructure endless to know what I'm doing with the wolf.
Hi, I was wondering if you plan to add the current BE content to the main storyline and if so is there more planned. Also will there be ass/hips expansion?
I plan to add dialogue support/consequences for transformation as I go through and finish the current content (wolf/BE, fox, ram, a conversation after the cat mission). There's room for a bigger ass, might show up with ram's content, if not it'll be added later.
I've been putting out some updates to make the bell easier to get. Now from stage 11 onwards you will always get a bell instead of a pelt if you have the pelt and vice versa, I also tried to clarify more clearly in their gallery entries where it's found. It used to require bust size 3 but now it drops at all sizes and has an increased drop rate if you have a large chest. It can be tricky to find sometimes, still. Cursed items likely will be worked upon with the other characters.
I post weekly updates to the discord but I haven't been keeping an accurate changelog up until now since I didn't have a playerbase. I'll see about keeping an accurate changelog from here on since I consider the current build to be reasonably stable!

I can't get past the tutorial after getting the weapon. The game won't let me jump higher. Also, my own mouse is broken which makes the controls really awkward. Which is a shame, because from the previews this game looks like it could be really fun.
What CuriousVB said. In Tutorial #1, I can jump up to that one "island" that allows me to attack before I get the weapon. But after I get the weapon, I don't seem to be able to make that jump.
Later edit: Okay, you gotta click on "Wait" before you can do the required jump. But now I don't seem to have the weapon on me, even tho I have managed to chat with "Voice". At least, I can't Attack after that…
Dunno about this game. If the tutorial is as… unhelpful… as this, not real sure I want to bother with the game proper.
I've just updated the game to remove some of those awkward mechanics, the tutorial will be a bit easier. I'll have to see how people do with it.
That said, I don't think the game is going to be very simple, so you might not ever like it. I'll still be doing my best to try and make the game more comfortable.
I don't mind complex mechanics. I do mind missing mechanics. Like, when the limited repertoire of interface manipulations does not appear to allow the player to perform obvious moves.
I do plan to add keyboard controls at a later date as well as an android port, it might help. Feel free to check back in the future when I've improved on the game.
Centaurs are great, I likely won't any too soon but it's certainly possible, as are pregnancy mechanics. I think with pregnancy I'll be cautious though since not everyone's going to like that, it'd have to be something you'd only get if you go looking for it.
Once I finish the current girls I might add some sort of aquatic girl, a flying girl, that sort of thing. I want to diversify the cast much more than just the simple kemonomimi girls I have now.
The controls and explanations are very awkward and lacking to be honest. If you're going to introduce something then explain what they're supposed to do at that step. The trial and error at trying to figure things out is offputting at best.

If it helps, endings are: 1. Cat (0-2), 2. Ram-girl (0-3 or Endless), 3. Elite Ram-girl/Satyr (0-3 or Endless)
Both Ram-girl endings require you to hit 0 HP.

Updating from 0.5.7 to 0.5.7.1 using itch updater deleted my save. Is there any way to get it back?

What do you do in the shrine? Nothing I did seemed to do anything and returning to base reset the mission.

The problem is that she's an invincible enemy who also won't attack as are the other numans at the shrine

i found it in a big bush simiar to the one you get the cat paws from, it seems to be random

Is it just me or when you zoom in sprites become a somewhat fuzzy?
Overall, the game looks nice.
You can zoom between 2x zoom and 0.5x zoom, so being zoomed in more than 1x will make it kinda blown up.

3. Is it possible to add a centaur character and become one? (Please ignore this one, if you already answered in question 2.)

-Technically- you could have another minor NPC to turn on/off pregnancy, since there are fertility goddesses out there. Or symbols for them anyway.

Getting the tfs are hard to get with out getting knocked out, other than that the game is neat.
